Igbo’s In London Gather To Revive Culture

In a bid to revive the ailing Ibo culture especially among the Igbo youth living in UK, and also to gather together and plan on ways to help in developing the Eastern part of Nigeria in particular and Nigeria in general, the Ibo’s living in UK gathered to celebrate the summer with their friends and families and also use same opportunity to discuss salient issues peculiar to the South Eastern states of Nigeria.

The fete which was organized by Igbo Ambassadors, and which is an annual event was published by Rose On All Sides TV, and showed the warmth, togetherness, commitment and above all, love within the circle of Igbo’s who live in the UK.

The primary aim of the gathering which is in its second year, is to also encourage other Igbo’s who live in the UK to come together and let them all join hands and bring development to the South East.

There was music, food and different dialects of the Ibo language were on display as each tribe happily communicated in their dialects, thus making efforts to imbibe the Igbo language among the children and young people present.
