Nigerian Army Releases Factual Report Regarding Missing Major General

The Nigerian Army has released a report regarding Major General Alkali, who has been missing since September 3, on his way to Abuja from Bauchi.

The Retired General’s disappearance has led to a search and rescue operation by the Nigerian Army, in the entire Dura Community in Jos, Plateau State.

So far, about 30 people have been arrested in connection with the Gen’s disappearance, and different weapons were retrieved from them.

The Major General’s car, his blood stained shirt and boxes have been discovered, as well as some missing vehicles have all been discovered in the now restricted ‘death pool’, a pond which the Dura people see as sacred.

However, there has been some misinformation regarding the number of vehicles and items discovered by the Army.

So the Nigerian Army deemed it fit to set the records straight by issuing a press statement, stating the real facts of their discoveries.
